Shipping and Returns

Terms

 

  • Minimum Order & Handling Fee – Orders under $100.00 (before taxes) may be subject to a handling fee.  Any freight charges will be communicated prior for approval to the end user.

 

  • Special Orders – All Special Order / Non-Stock items are considered as custom items.  The products will be verified by the end user to confirm the product part number, image and purpose prior to ordering.  Once confirmed via email, the order will be processed and can only be cancelled within 24hrs of processing.  These items will not be returnable once processed.

 

  • Return Policy – For in stock items, we can accept un-used items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  Please call with your original invoice number for reference.

  • Damaged or Short Ship Claims – Damages and Short Shipped items must be reported within 24hrs of receipt.  It is recommended that you fully review your order within this time-period to help support your claim.

 

  • Warranty – J&S Dynamic does not manufacture products that we distribute.  All warranty claims will be directed through the manufacturer and are subject to their warranty policies.  We will work with you and the manufacturer directly to come to a mutual agreeable solution should you encounter any manufacturer defects.
